1. Acceptance
By accessing or using a Doctor Fortune service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and platform terms
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and meet the minimum age required by the platform and law applicable to you. Use through ChatGPT, OpenAI, an MCP client, or another platform is also subject to that provider's terms, account rules, availability, regional restrictions, and usage limits. We do not control those requirements.
3. The services
Doctor Fortune provides tools that calculate, organize, and present fortune-related information and interpretations, including birth charts, Four Pillars, Zi Wei Dou Shu, astrology, Tarot, compatibility, timing, and related systems. Features, supported methods, interfaces, and availability may change as the service develops.
4. Permission to use
Subject to these Terms, RocketAI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the services through their intended interfaces. No ownership right is transferred to you.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- use the services in violation of law or another person's rights;
- submit another person's private information without authority;
- interfere with, overload, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the services or their safeguards;
- use automated means to extract or reproduce substantial portions of the service except where RocketAI has expressly authorized it;
- misrepresent Doctor Fortune output as an official government, medical, legal, financial, employment, or credit determination;
- use the services to harm, deceive, harass, discriminate against, or exploit another person.
You are responsible for the information you submit, your platform account, and actions taken based on your use of the services.
6. Submitted information
You retain any rights you hold in information you submit. You grant RocketAI a limited right to receive, process, transmit, format, and return that information only as needed to provide, secure, and operate the requested service and to comply with law. Do not submit information that you do not have the right to use.
7. Readings and important decisions
Doctor Fortune provides informational and interpretive outputs. Use independent judgment for decisions with legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, relationship, or other significant consequences, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate. Use of the service does not create a professional, fiduciary, advisory, or confidential relationship with RocketAI.
Calculations and interpretations depend on the information supplied, including the accuracy of birth details, time zone, calendar type, question, and selected method. RocketAI does not promise a particular future event, personal result, or outcome.
8. Fees and third-party charges
Doctor Fortune may offer free and paid features. Any price and payment terms for a paid feature will be disclosed before purchase. Your ChatGPT, OpenAI, internet, mobile, or other third-party provider may impose separate fees or usage limits. RocketAI is not responsible for those charges.
9. Intellectual property
The services, software, tool definitions, calculations, interfaces, branding, graphics, compilations, and service content are owned by RocketAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Doctor Fortune, 운세박사, associated logos, and related identifiers may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without permission.
10. Availability and changes
We may add, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any service or feature, including for maintenance, security, legal, platform, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every client, preservation of a feature, or access in every country, language, plan, or device.
11. Third-party services
The services may depend on or link to ChatGPT, OpenAI, MCP clients, hosting providers, CDNs, or other third parties. RocketAI does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, security, availability, policies, or actions. Your dealings with those providers are between you and the provider.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” RocketAI disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and compatibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocketAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business; or decisions, actions, or losses arising from or related to the services, third-party platforms, or inability to use them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocketAI's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to a free service will not exceed USD 10, and liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid RocketAI for that service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits apply regardless of legal theory, but do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RocketAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful use of the services, your submitted information, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe use violates these Terms, creates risk, threatens service security, is required by a platform or law, or could expose RocketAI or another person to harm or liability. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court. Mandatory rights available to consumers in their place of residence remain unaffected.
17. General terms
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; RocketAI may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement concerning the services unless separate written terms apply.
18. Changes and contact
